More normalization changes
This patch changes display of normalized results for enhanced readability :
- replacing string is now "{ }"
- it drops quotes around strings
Also it makes normalization work on ruby 1.6 by changing gsub args to regexp
for stripping \'.
Tested it on 1.8.1 and 1.6.8.
