Add a few exceptions and rename a few.
Add general TypeError, ValidityError(Old ValidityError is now
SEARVValidityError). Rename CannotChangeRuntimeParameterError to
ImmutableRuntimeParameterError. Add IndeterminateDatatypeError(SEARVTypeError).
