Fixed all kinds of problems with custom queries:
* Properly set min and max column counts
* Conversion from Oid and numeric types to SNMP types works
* Addition of pgsnmpdConnID and rdbmsDbIndex indexes works correctly
* Removed several unneeded debugging messages
