Fixed problem with last update about Password as byte[]. Reverted type of
Password property of NpgsqlConnectionStringBuilder to String again. It was
changed from String to byte[] which was causing problems with previous client
code. There is a new property called PasswordAsByteArray for those willing to
use the byte[] property. Thanks Dan Shoubridge for heads up.
