Applied patch [#1011316] ConnectionTimeout fix, bypass the 2147 seconds limit
of Socket.Poll method. Thanks Tasos Mamaloukos for patch.
Npgsql wouldn't allow a timeout higher than 2147 seconds. This patch fixes this
limitation.
