Under "Secure TCP/IP Connections with SSL" , (ยง18.9.1 Using Client Certificates), the second paragraph ends with a parenthetical remark linking to "diagrams showing SSL certificate usage" (h71000.www7.hp.com/doc/83final/ba554_90007/ch04s02.html). HP must have reorganised because that server is no longer around. The page is now available at http://h41379.www4.hpe.com/ but of course there's no guarantee it will stay there.
