The font size of level 4 headlines (<h4>, e.g. "23.2.2.3. Creating New Collation Objects") is remarkably smaller than the font size of level 5 headlines (<h5>, e.g. "23.2.2.3.1. libc collations") which is counterintuitive and at least a little bit confusing.
