Excuse me I'm having a problem that I cannot create an extension in the database, so would you mind helping me solve the problem. When I create extension it pop-up "ERROR: could not load library "C:/Program Files/PostgreSQL/10/lib/rtpostgis-2.4.dll": The specified module could not be found."
