Okay. While reviewing the patch again, I found that the Outputs sections still used the old "progress messages" wording, and the VACUUM example text still referred to a "detailed vacuum activity report". So I've updated those as well to keep the wording consistent throughout the documentation. Attached is the updated patch. Barring any objections, I'll commit it to master only.
