Please find enclosed a patch which adds cross-references to the CREATE FUNCTION syntax in the PL/* docs.
I thought the PL/PgSQL hunk wasn't an appropriate place for an <xref>, so I didn't apply that. The rest of the patch was applied with minor edits -- thanks for the patch.
