Any reason why CURRENT_USER and SESSION_USER don't have A-Z index 
entries to the following:
  9.19. System Information Functions
  Appendix C. SQL Key Words
There's also no mention of them in all of "Chapter 17. Database Roles 
and Privileges".

The A-Z index issue applies to 8.0 and 7.4 too.
