Hi,

I am trying to install postgres9.4.5 version in one of the system with libxml, 
I ended with the below mentioned error.
While searching in google - I found the below page is somewhat relevant, so I 
just updated on that page. Can you please help me to resolve the below error OR 
Can you guide me the right person/forum/group to get the solution for this 
issue?

8.3 is out of support by community. And why are you pointing to this
page? This is libpq, and what is failing to compile is some backend
code.

You had better review the shape of the objects in your version of this
libxml2 shared library, which is I imagine a custom build...
