Hi,
I just noticed that the "replication=true/false/database" option, that
you can include in the startup message, is missing from the Message
Formats section. It is documented in the separate Streaming Replication
Protocol section, but it's not in the list of options in the description
of StartupMessage.
I propose the attached patch to fix that.

Subject: [PATCH 1/1] Document the "replication" option in StartupMessage.
It is documented in the Streaming Replication Protocol section, but was
missing from the list of options in StartupMessage description.
