O,
1. no tenes instalado el postgres
2. la instalación del pgsql no te tomo el path, por lo que cuando
busca el comando pg_config no lo encuentra. Fijate en el configure si
te da la opcion de especificar la ruta en donde estan los binarios de
pgsql.
