Hello Rob,

I guess I need to rephrase my question. But before that Id like to give more
context first so that you could answer my query well.

We have a project to implement Intelligent Viewing (IV) App, an OpenText
product. However, due to the current environment of the client, we can only
implement IV version 22.4 having a database of PostgreSQL 11. That’s the only
DBMS certified to run the application. The client will install/upgrade to the
newer version but will only happen next year. Therefore, were stuck in IV
22.4&PostgreSQL 11 for now until the upgrade project will happen.

With this, client is asking if they can install PostgreSQL 11 in Windows Server
2019 version or they have compatibility issue. We know that PostgreSQL 11 is
already phased out and what were trying to do now is to use the app in
"survival" mode and upgrade when the time comes

Regards,

Rei Monsura
