Hello,

is there a way to instruct cluster to store the temporary created data on a

What temporary created data are you referring to? Do you mean the contents of the the other cluster directories such as pg_xlog? If so, there's no need. Just make it a symlink to a directory on other disks and you're done. If that's not what you mean, can you explain further?
