[GENERAL] BIG PROBLEM !!!

Hi all !
I'm from Brazil, so sorry for my bad english!!
My Problem: I installed PostgreSQL 7.0.2, but, always than I try acess
the server of Postgre with ODBC driver (for Win95) it give me the error:

General SQL error
Could not connect to the server;
Could not connect to remote sockets

What I do ??
