[GENERAL] 64 Bit ODBC Drivers for windows

Is there anyway to connect to postgre using a 64 bit Windows OS?
I am having problems connecting to a local DB since i have upgraded my
computer.
I would like to connect using C#.NET
Any help would be appreciated.
