Would this syntax work in PostgreSQL?
|INSERT INTO MyTable (FirstCol, SecondCol)
VALUES ('First',1),
|| ('||Second||',2),|
| ('||Third||',3),|
| ('||Fourth||',4),|
| ('||Fifth||',5)||

Inserting 5 rows in a single Insert? (I am trying to implement this
solution across many different backends) works on SQL Server 2008, need
to make sure it will work on many others.
