maybe thats poorly worded.

the example of that error shows an array with 2 columns in the first row and 1 column in the 2nd row.

  '{{"meeting", "lunch"}, {"meeting"}}'


thats not a valid array.

   '{{"meeting", "lunch"}, {"training", "presentation"}}'

is a valid array.
