Hi all!

I am upgrading databases from 8.4 to 9.1 using backup/restore. Whilst the
restore procedure migrate the module "uuid-ossp" automatically, the module
"dblink" is not. Executing "create extension if not exists dblink from
unpackaged" on the database fails too! When deleting all dblink functions and
the dblink type manually and executing "create extension if not exists dblink"
the module is installed correctly.
What is going wrong here or did I miss something?

Best regards
Alex
