Could you show a sample of the actual log error messages? Not sure what the log line prefix is, you might want to take a look here: http://www.postgresql.org/docs/9.1/interactive/runtime-config-logging.html#RUNTIME-CONFIG-LOGGING-WHAT log_line_prefix and add escapes that would help identify who is doing what.
