[GENERAL] wal_files from slave to another slave

Hi guys,

can a slave server (streaming replication) send the wal_files to another
slave, instead the master?

If so, that would be done by setting the archive_mode = on and also a
archive_command?

I'm using PostgreSQL 9.2
