    You  must  have  droppend  a  function that was referenced by
    another  object   (view,   operator,   aggregate,   whatnot).
    Recreating  the  function  only doesn't help, because they're
    referenced  by  OID.  You  have  to  drop  and  recreate  all
    dependant objects as well.
