[GENERAL] Escape sequence for unicode characters

Hello,

Is there some escape sequence for using unicode characters in command line psql ?
For example in HTML there is &#007e; for the c-cedilla. Is there the same thing
with postgresql ?

TIP 2: you can get off all lists at once with the unregister command
