[GENERAL] PL/pgSQL bug: FOUND variable is not updated correct with EXECUTE

Doing an EXECUTE for a query which returns results still yields 'f'
for the FOUND variable. "GET DIAGNOSTICS" on the other hand, works
fine,

Using version 8 on Win32.
