That header is coming from /usr/local/include instead of your development tree, from an older version of PG from before const was added there. BTW it looks like 0e1539ba0d0a added const qualifiers to that function but didn't update the documentation in doc/src/sgml/ecpg.sgml. -- Thomas Munro http://www.enterprisedb.com
