Remove excessive trailing semicolons

Noticed some newly introduced excessive trailing semicolons:

$ git grep -E ";;$" -- *.c *.h
src/include/lib/radixtree.h:            int                     deletepos =
slot - n4->children;;
src/test/modules/test_tidstore/test_tidstore.c: BlockNumber prevblkno = 0;;

Here is a trivial patch to remove them.
