Makes sense to me; on the same page I see we don't always back-link items including SQL commands, but IMO links are one of the features of this new-fangled hypertext thing. It would certainly worth getting the changes in, also as a template for future patches which touch the table. It might be worth combining the two patches. There doesn't seem to be a commitfest entry.
