v3 attached. No .c changes from v2. Added tests for GROUPING and for an aggregate in the graph-pattern WHERE. Also dropped the inner-reference element-pattern WHERE test, since it would have passed under f585671055d1 and proved nothing. The outer-reference element-pattern test was already present.
