Hi,

v2 looks good. Verified: builds clean, test_aio and regress pass;
with lldb I confirmed the io worker reports DataFileRead while the
client shows AioIoCompletion. PgAioHandle is right since the worker
needs it in shared memory.

Move to `Ready for Commiter` state

Nit: say so in the commit message.
