What is the status of this?  Is it ready to be committed?

I meant to do another update this week, but some Postgres Summit US
activities have gotten in the way, I'll try to do another update one
tonight. It is possible that the update yields no new names.

Here's the most updated version, as of 78d07020bd05. It's not a formal patch, but dropping the snippet into release-19.sgml should be fairly straightforward. I can do that if you need a formal patch submission.

Committed (the "strict names" one).

Note that certain letters cannot be represented with the default PDF font, so you'd get messages like

[WARN] FOUserAgent - Glyph "ć" (0x107, cacute) not available in font "Times-Roman". [WARN] FOUserAgent - Glyph "ō" (0x14d, omacron) not available in font "Times-Roman". [WARN] FOUserAgent - Glyph "ł" (0x142, lslash) not available in font "Times-Roman". [WARN] FOUserAgent - Glyph "ś" (0x15b, sacute) not available in font "Times-Roman". [WARN] FOUserAgent - Glyph "ğ" (0x11f, gbreve) not available in font "Times-Roman".

I have transcribed these names to ASCII to work around that.
