Hi hackers, Attached is a proposed fix for BUG #19746.
The bug causes an interval containing INT64_MIN microseconds to be printed successfully but rejected when read back. The patch fixes the interval parsing logic and adds regression tests for text round trips, boundary values, overflow, and AGO output.
