ClonedConstraint typedef is dead code?

catalog/pg_constraint.h defines a typedef ClonedConstraint,
which AFAICS is no longer referenced anywhere.  Is there a
reason not to remove it?

(I noticed this while eyeballing a test pgindent run.)
