Missing PG 12 stable branch

[Bruce Momjian]

Does anyone know why there is no PG 12 stable branch in our git tree?

        $ git branch -l
          REL9_4_STABLE
          REL9_5_STABLE
          REL9_6_STABLE
          REL_10_STABLE
          REL_11_STABLE
          master

They exist for earlier releases.  Is this a problem?
