[HACKERS] Default SHMMAX on Linux

I started a little campaign to get the default SHMMAX on Linux raised 
from its current nostalgic 32 MB, to lessen the burden on our users:

The kernel developers aren't exactly convinced yet, so maybe others can 
add their arguments there.
