Its a small bug/typo in standby.c:ResolveRecoveryConflictWithDatabase

The line:
                CancelDBBackends(dbid, PROCSIG_RECOVERY_CONFLICT_TABLESPACE, 
true);

has to be
                CancelDBBackends(dbid, PROCSIG_RECOVERY_CONFLICT_DATABASE, 
true);
