Maybe you should try contact the ODBC list which is mainly working on Windows features / connectivity. Also, the ODBC team might open a CVS account for you on Postgresql.org. SourceForge does not allow projects to leave. Therefore, when your project is mature enough to be included in PostgreSQL main tree, there will still be garbage on Sourceforge in a Google search.
