Anyway, you seem to have forgotten to fix the example of archive_command
in "24.3.5.1. Standalone Hot Backups".

     archive_command = 'test ! -f /var/lib/pgsql/backup_in_progress ||
cp -i %p /var/lib/pgsql/archive/%f < /dev/null'
