I tested this patch and I can confirm that it works very well on FreeBSD/Alpha! This is such a cool feature - it's going to make my life so much easier!
Do you think that 'original query: ..' looks a bit like bad english? Should it be properly capitalised? ie. 'Original query: ...'? Just nitpicking...
