Provide a way to query the log collector subprocess to determine the name of the currently active log file Current log files when rotating? http://archives.postgresql.org/pgsql-general/2008-11/msg00418.php Upon reading the related conversations, there doesn't seem to be a consensus on how to implement this feature. If it is still relevant, would you suggest a way to pass filename or time(which filename is generated from) of the file from syslogger to inquiring postgres instance.
