Well, actually this is the correct thread, and pluggable toast
compression developed out of it. You had marked #1127 as ready for
committer although you had noticed an omission in
heap_tuple_fetch_attr...
Answered with the new patch version toplevel in the thread, to make this
hopefully less confusing.
