Due to a late-night typo, the 7.3-1 RPMset released last night would start the
postmaster for the first time, but not subsequent times. I have corrected
the problem and uploaded a 7.3-2 RPMset. If you do not want to download the
whole set again to fix a single-character bug, edit the file
/etc/rc.d/init.d/postgresql, and find the line that says:
if [ `cat $PGDATA/PG_VERSION` != '7.2' ]

Change the 7.2 to 7.3. (ARGH!)

My aopologies for the inconvenience -- I installed the 7.3-1 RPMset and ran
the regression tests on it last night (all but one test passed -- the one
that failed was due to the collation of a result, and a side-effect of the
way the RPM regression testing is performed); but I did not try a restart of
the postmaster.
