Minor suggestion: instead of putting these comments and hardwired knowledge here, I'd suggest putting them adjacent to the list of DUMP_COMPONENT #defines, creating a symbol along the lines of DUMP_COMPONENTS_REQUIRING_TABLE_LOCK.
