Yes, it can. The buildfarm stuff is all push from the test machine's side, not pull. You basically configure a cron job as described in https://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/PostgreSQL_Buildfarm_Howto and then register your animal with the form on https://buildfarm.postgresql.org/cgi-bin/register-form.pl Would be great.
