Is your preference for translation of website related stuff (i.e. http://advocacy.postgresql.org), or existing manuals and documentation, or error messages in the code itself, or ...? (up to you)
Translating some of the web materials into Slovak would open up a completely new community to PostgreSQL, if you wouldn't mind doing that.
