[HACKERS] Unable to load libsqlpg.so

I just installed kylix3 and had a problem when try to connect PostgreSQL I use SQLConnection to connect with PostgreSQL when I set property connection to true it cause an error "unable to load libsqlpg.so" can anyone help me? thanx welly
