Jan, correct me if I'm wrong ... Jan's point is that we have enough already to warrant a beta on June 1st, even without Win32 ... Win32 (or any of the other stuff, like PITR/tablespaces) would be icing on the cake ...
I think we're close enough on win32 to wait for it. It would look bad for us to miss inclusion of win32 two releases in a row...
