As of 8.0 this is not possible for regular locks, because there'd be no way to update the other backend's internal data structure that shows what locks it holds. I think though that there is no corresponding structure for userlocks and so in principle it could be done for userlocks. Whether it's a good idea is a whole 'nother question. It strikes me as a foot-gun with no evident redeeming social value.
