[HACKERS] Continuous dataflow streaming

What are the possibilities (if any) for continuous dataflow streaming with PostgreSQL v.8.1 ? Something like TelegraphCQ project,but it was for v.7.3.Is there any alternatives for the latest version of PostgreSQL ?
